3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One account per person or entity

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

• Basic Plan: Access to all S&P 500 stock pairs ($15/month or $105/year)
• Pro Plan: Global markets and advanced features (coming soon)

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods

5.1 Permitted Uses

• Educational purposes

5.2 Prohibited Uses

• Reselling or redistributing our data or services

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pair Parade and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary algorithms
• Stock data is provided by third-party sources and subject to their terms
• Your analysis results and configurations remain your property
• We retain rights to aggregated, anonymized usage data
